These terms apply when you order from balluxballoons.com. Ballux Balloons is located at 930 Carter Rd, Ste 206, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

Balloons are sold by the pack

Balloons are sold by the pack, not individually. The pack size is shown on every product before you add it to the cart — for example 100 balloons for 5″ and 25 for 18″ — and the price shown is the price of the whole pack.

Colors on a screen are an approximation. Latex takes dye unevenly and batches vary slightly, so the balloon you receive may not match your monitor exactly. If a color is critical to your event, visit the store or ask us for a photo first.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Florida sales tax is calculated at checkout for orders delivered or collected in Florida. Payment is processed by Square.

Shipping and freight

For shipped orders you pay for the balloons and tax on this site. Freight is quoted separately after your order is confirmed and is arranged over WhatsApp. Your order ships once the freight is paid. Orders confirmed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time ship the next business day.

We ship throughout the United States; international shipping is by quote. If the freight quote does not work for you, you can cancel for a full refund, as described in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee an arrival date, so please order with time to spare before your event.

Store pickup

Pickup orders are ready within one business day at our Winter Garden store. Bring your order number. We hold uncollected orders for 30 days.

Stock

The catalog reflects live stock from our store system, but stock can change between loading the page and paying. If something you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and refund that item.

Safety

Choking hazard. Uninflated or broken balloons are a choking hazard for children under eight. Keep uninflated balloons away from small children and discard broken pieces immediately.

Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including the cost of an event that did not go as planned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
